Editor in Chief / Poetry Editor
Glorious Piner is a writer from West Philadelphia and has a BFA in Creative Writing from University of the Arts. She is now pursing an MFA in Poetry at the University of Maryland. She was a teaching artist for Bloomberg: Arts & Cultural Alliance and coached for Philadelphia Youth Poetry Movement’s Slam League. She also served as an editorial intern for Esquire Magazine and was an editorial fellow at Motivos Magazine. She is the former president of a student-led spoken word poetry organization called Tiny Closet Collective.
She is one of 2019's recipients of the Novelli Award for her essay "Understanding the Plural Self in Whitman's Song of Myself. Fiction and poetry forthcoming in literary journals will be announced soon!
Sabrina Pantal is a creative force from Willow Grove, Pa. She explores with many different facets of art and uses them as an outlet for love and expression. After spending some time traveling, she has settled in Germantown, Philadelphia in order to connect with more like-minded creators. She has been an artist and a musician for the majority of her life, but more recently decided to expand her energy to include film photography as well. As a queer black woman, she plans to use these opportunities to inspire and lift others around her in the collective community.

Tyra Jamison is a writer speaking from the intersections of Black, woman, young, artist, student. She's Pittsburgh born, and Hill District raised. When she’s not pursuing her Creative Writing BFA at University of the Arts, she publishes under her government name and performs under her pen name, Mant¿s. As an artist, she knows that everything that feeds us started from underground.
